After World War III, countries are devastated by biological warfare and no longer have the ability to protect damaged areas, so the task of defending these areas has been entrusted to private military companies like Griffin and Kruger, whose android soldiers or "Combat Androids" are responsible for dealing with the rogue android army of Sangvis Ferri. Now, M4A1, the indecisive but capable leader of the elite team Anti-Rain, must defend her comrades during a series of operations and try to overcome Sangvis Ferri.
